As a new mom, Kaitlin’s mission to raise her son with intention—filling his childhood with exposure, experiences, and excitement—sparked her vision to create something greater for other families.
With 12 years of experience as a high-profile nanny, a nanny agency owner, and a trainer for childcare professionals, Kaitlin has spent her career building expertise in creating enriching environments for children. Opening her home-based early learning childcare and collective was a natural next step—a way to not only offer her son the childhood she envisioned but also extend that same care, intention, and passion to other families.
